Akilah Institute in Kigali, Rwanda, offers a unique model of market-relevant education that enables young women to achieve economic independence and obtain leadership roles in the workplace and in society.
Since 1997, Women for Women International has developed a program that offers Rwandan women a constructive, dignified way to regain control of their lives. In 2021, SageView Foundation has come along side Women for Women International to provide resources to their team on the ground in Afghanistan.
